The vehicle is delivered in good mechanical and bodywork conditions. Before signing the contract, customers check the conditions of the motorbike and report all damages to the operator and on the contract.

The vehicles are delivered with a certain quantity of petrol and will be returned with at least the same amount previously provided.

Helmets, wheel lock, documents, top case and insurance damage to third parties are included in the rental fare.

Documents required: driving licence for motorbike for 150 cc or higher cyclinder capacity (A licence); car driving licence for 125 cc scooters (B licence); Identity card or any other document which report full address of the customer (there is no address on the passport, so it is not valid). Customers from non UE countries need also a valid International Driving Licence.

All contraventions taken during the rental period must be paid by the customer, that assume all responsibilities.

The customer, at delivery time of the motorcycle, need to provide the data of his valid driving licence and his credit card as a guarantee of custody of the scooter. Where the customer does not have a credit card can guarantee through the payment of cash, or foreign currency cash.

With respect to the estimated recovery time (normally at 9:00 am of the next day) is tolerated a delay of 30 minutes, after which the fee will be charged of 70.00 euros.

The road traffic infringements will be sent to the customer address by the competent authority, or will be charged on his credit card.

The insurance cover only damages caused by the customer to Third Parties (things, people and animals), with a deductible of 500 euro. The driver of the scooter is not covered by insurance for damages to his person in an accident.

In the event of an accident do not move the vehicle and call our office. Take the data of the other vehicle (car type, plate, name and surname of the driver and the address and contact details of his insurance). The customer is obliged to repay the damages caused to the rented scooter in case of an accident.

For every dispute is competent the High Court of Salerno.
