RESERVATIONS POLICY
In order to confirm a reservation it is necessary to pay a specified amount as a deposit, to guarantee the respect of the client's obligations, or in other words a compensation for a cancellation.
The percentage for the calculation of the deposit is 30% of the entire service, except for bookings made up to 7 days before rental period, in which case it will be 50%. In each case the deposit shall not be less than the sum of 50 €. The customer also may pay more, or the full amount of the service, as a deposit.
The dates of each season and the corresponding prices, commercial conditions and taxes in force at any moment are published in the "fares" web page in English, but the informations published on the web pages "tariffe" and "condizioni" in Italian language, will prevail over any other web page of our web site in other languages.
Amalfi Bike Rental may change the prices of their services on its website after booking. In this case the prices of a formalized and confirmed reservation can not be altered.
Amalfi Bike Rental will not confirm a reservation until full deposit reception.
When the customer accepts the reservation, by deposit payment, agrees to these booking, cancellation and early departure conditions.
All the days indicated are understood to be natural days.
CANCELLATION AND ANNULMENT OF RESERVATIONS
The cancellation or annulment of a reservation, by the customer, supposes the return of the deposit according to the following percentages:
100% in the case of communication done with more than 30 days before the start of the rental period .
75% in the case of communication done between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental period.
50% in the case of communication done between 8 and 14 days before the start of the rental period.
If the communication of the cancellation or annulment occurs less than 8 days before the start of the rental period, this will entail the total loss of the deposit.
In the case of partial cancellation (reducing the number of days originally booked) the amount of refund of deposit will be proportionally amended according to the number of days canceled respect to the total days reserved.
The banking costs generated by cancellation of reservations will be charged to the customer. In all cases the corresponding receipt will be remitted to the address provided by the customer at booking time.

EARLY DEPARTURES POLICY
The cancellation of a reservation or reduction in the number of days by the customer, once started the rental period, will not entail any return of the amounts already paid as deposit, or those that may be left to pay.
Amalfi Bike Rental once the client informs of its intention to leave earlier, has the right to terminate the contract.
